Shipping Policy
For the timely delivery of your package within our advertised timeframes, it's crucial to ensure that your address is accurately provided with all necessary details. Correct abbreviations, street numbers, building/apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) must be included. We cannot be held responsible for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address provided is inaccurate or entered incorrectly during purchase.
We ship to PO Boxes via USPS, but expedited shipping isn't available for PO Boxes. Shipments to APOs and US Territories may encounter delays. Alternative carrier options are available, and we reserve the right to change carriers as needed.
For international shipments, the consignee/buyer authorizes us to import goods on their behalf. The consignee will be responsible for paying taxes and duties in addition to the purchase price.
Processing Time
All orders are subject to processing time separate from shipping time. Standard domestic and international orders may take up to 4 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) to process.
After payment authorization and verification, Standard orders may take up to 4 business days, Expedited orders up to 3 business days, and Rush orders up to 1 business day to process. Please note, these are estimates and exclude weekends and holidays.
Shipping Rates & Timelines
US orders may take 1-12 business days from the shipping date to arrive, depending on the shipping method and destination. Once shipped, you'll receive an email with tracking information. We primarily use USPS or UPS for shipping, with alternative carriers selected at our discretion.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse a shipment, you're responsible for original and return shipping costs.
Delivery Policy
Report lost or missing packages within 30 days of delivery for store credit or reshipment eligibility. We'll assist with carrier claims, which can take up to 30 days.
Out of Stock Items
If an item is out of stock, we'll ship the rest of your order and refund the unavailable item(s).
Reserved Rights Regarding Shipping
We reserve the right to request a "common" shipping and billing address if necessary. Additionally, we may refuse orders or returns due to irregular or excessive return history, potential fraudulent activity, or similar actions.
RETURNS
Return Policy and Procedure
Easily manage your returns through our Returns Portal! While only US customers can purchase return shipping labels, the returns portal is accessible to all customers. You have a 30-day window from the delivery date to initiate your return.
Returns are refunded as store credit in the form of a Red Patriot Kit gift card and are processed within 5-7 business days upon receipt of your item(s). Opting for the prepaid return label expedites the store credit process. Please remember to package each order separately to avoid processing delays. Non-eligible items returned together will not receive credit.
Purchasing Return Shipping Labels
Red Patriot Kit offers return shipping labels for US customers, providing a convenient tracking method and quicker credit issuance. Labels can be purchased for $3.99 for a single item or $7.99 for multiple items via our Returns Portal.
Exchange Policy
We do not offer direct exchanges. Instead, return your item(s) through our online returns portal and repurchase any desired items from our website.
Final Sale Items
Items ending in $.48 and .98, along with bodysuits, swimwear, undergarments, beauty products, cosmetics, accessories, and "Party Wear," are non-returnable and considered final sale.
Additional Return Policy Details
Ensure items are unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and returned in their original packaging. Retain proof of postage and/or return tracking number for your records. Include an order packing slip or return invoice from the Returns Portal with your return package. Report damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 14 days of delivery.
Store Returns Policy
Cash refunds are not provided. Exchanges with a valid receipt and all tags attached are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Returns for store credit are also accepted within this timeframe. "Final Sale" items cannot be exchanged in-store.
Returning Online Orders In-Store
Returned items will be credited via a gift card usable online or in-store. All items must be in original condition with tags attached. "Final Sale" items cannot be returned or exchanged in-store.
Reserved Rights Regarding Returns
We reserve the right to refuse returns based on irregular or excessive return history, potential fraud, or other suspicious activities. Similarly, we reserve the right to refuse service to customers or entities engaging in such behavior.
Non-Red Patriot Kit items sent to our Distribution Center will be discarded upon receipt.
